Prior to my work as a facilitator and strategic advisor, I spent 20 years in the corporate sector were I held various positions from COO, CPO to Co-President at a Global Regulatory Services firm. 

In my roles of growing and scaling organizations, I experienced the first hand pressures and stressors felt by many managers and leaders; of feeling out of depth handling difficult conversations, developing trust, navigating change and being intentional about culture. 

I also experienced the transformative power gained through coaching and professional development which helped me to expand my own self-awareness and leadership brand along my journey.

In 2019, I had the distinct privilege of training with Dr. Brené Brown to become a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator.  I am constantly amazed and humbled by how transformative this work is.

Over the past 5 years my focus has been working with leaders and teams in Leadership Development as a workshop facilitator.

In addition to Dr. Brené Brown's  Dare to Lead™  curriculum, I also love leveraging assessment tools that help people learn more about themselves and others, including DiSC Assessments, StrengthsFinders and Patrick Lencioni's The 6 Types of Working Genius.  

These workshops help teams expand and explore how to optimize communication and performance from both an individual and team perspective.

I strongly believe that who we are is how we lead and knowing more about ourselves can positively change the way we live, love and serve.
