About Maya Kraft Consulting

At Maya Kraft Consulting, my mission is to support leaders on their journey. Who we are is how we lead and by learning more about ourselves - what motivates us, how we respond under pressures and stressors - the better able we are to manage our emotional reactivity and show up in ways that we are proud of and align with our values and integrity.

I offer onsite, offsite and virtual workshop facilitation.  My general approach is to develop agendas where participants have the opportunity to learn about themselves, to learn about their co-workers and team members, and how to apply those learnings to their personal, professional and team development.

I take a collaborative approach to consulting by working with my clients to understand their needs and develop programs and skill building solutions that are tailored to their goals and challenges.
